On The Hook Fish And Chips is a dynamic food truck operation that began in 2016. With a commitment to excellence, we specialize in serving wild-caught Alaskan cod, expertly beer-battered and paired with house-made sauces. We are seeking enthusiastic Food Truck Staff to join our Colorado team. Our food truck workers have amazing earning potential typically making around $1,800-$2,500 per week average. Work shifts are Tuesday-Saturdays and are typically 65-75 hours per week (with traveling to serving locations within Colorado)

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve our signature hand-battered wild Alaskan cod and fresh-cut fries
Operate food truck equipment including fryers, warmers, and POS systems
Provide excellent customer service to our guests
Maintain cleanliness of the food truck interior and exterior
Handle cash transactions accurately
Assist with setting up and tearing down daily operations
Travel to various locations throughout the Denver metro area -
Requirements
No prior experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation to and from work locations
Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain) -
